Sisterhood Fitness Info
Sisterhood Fitness offers exercise classes exclusively for women. We cater to the unique needs of immigrant women in Hamtramck and Banglatown, but all are welcome! Classes are low-cost and led by volunteer instructors in a safe, private studio in Hamtramck. Sisterhood Fitness is more than a gym; it is a community of women encouraging each other to strengthen body, minds, and hearts. We also do fun social events throughout the year. You can try your first class for free.
Sisterhood was started by community leaders in 2016 and came under One New Humanity two years later.

A punch card for 12 classes is $20. This only subsidizes the actual costs, so we encourage members to donate, volunteer, and participate in fundraisers. You can try your first class for free.
